I appreciate all the support I have gotten due to my absence, but to those who feel that no one has been looking out for their interests, my Chief Job Stewards and Vice President have kept me apprised of everything that has been going on in my absence. The unofficial, second hand Memorandum being circulated at CIM concerning CIM and CMC- W being "Closed" is a Rumour any information concerning major actions which will affect the staff at CIM will come from the CCPOA Chapter President Gary Clark or CIM CCPOA Chapter Vice President Fred Stevens, any information dissimilated from other sources or Websites claiming issues or actions to be taken is "Rumour" until CCPOA State wide President Mike Jimenez or the CIM CCPOA Executive staff G. Clark or F. Stevens state the facts in writing!!!

I knew CDCR was wrong on this issue and I'm glad they are choosing to cancel there original memo. Print and take to work and pass this updated memo out. This should replace all other memo's regarding the patches.

I hope this doesn't upset our fashion police LT. !!!!!

More On The Wierdness Surrounding The Patches

Due to the confusion on the patch issue, per the Warden, we have until June 1, 2008 to be in compliance with the November 30, 2006 memo which few have seen. So pass the word it will be posted on the boards and if any Supervisors "Threaten" any staff about the patch issue contact a "Chief Job Steward" at any yard immediately! These are F. Stevens at RC-East, D. L. Drake at RC-West, M. Krinock at RC-Central

Per the warden this info should have been passed out to everyone before now so again you have till June 1, 2008 to come into compliance on the patches !
